1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Bybrix AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Bybrix AI's services for personal or commercial use related to your business operations. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the platform;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Subscription and Billing

Bybrix AI offers various subscription plans as detailed in our pricing section. Fees are charged monthly or annually and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

• 14-day free trial applies to new users only.
• Setup and hardware fees are not included in the software subscription.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bybrix AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bybrix AI's website.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
